The Circulating Portfolio

This provides another means for the benefit of members who wish to add to their collections and is aimed primarily, but not exclusively at those members who already have a collection. It enables them to sell or exchange their surplus material while at the same time enabling them to purchase additions for their own collection.

Not all members participate in this activity and numbers are limited for practical purposes to ensure the parcels circulates in a reasonable time.

Members send material for sale to the organizer who then compiles a parcel which is them circulated from participating member to member, enabling them to examine the contents material with their own collection to hand for ease of reference.
